The cars are driving on the right side of the road, which is common in Europe. I see a "Sanitas" sign on a building in the distance, which is a major healthcare provider in Spain. The architecture and the style of the street feel very characteristic of a large Spanish city like Madrid. The license plates are white with a blue strip on the left, consistent with EU standards. I am fairly confident this is in Spain.

Country: Spain, City: Madrid. I am 70% sure.

The sign clearly reads "SERRANO" on the building facade, which is one of the most famous and upscale shopping streets in Madrid. The presence of "Ulloa Optico" and "Maisons du Monde" confirms this high-end commercial district. The architecture is consistent with the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. I am now very confident in this location.

Country: Spain, City: Madrid. I am 95% sure.
