The vehicles are driving on the left side of the road, which is common in Southern Africa. The presence of high-voltage power line pylons and the specific style of the "COS" signage points towards an industrial area in South Africa. The climate and vegetation look consistent with the Gauteng region. I suspect this is near Johannesburg or Pretoria. I am moderately sure of this location.

The yellow road markings confirm left-hand traffic, typical of South Africa. The massive lattice electricity pylons and the industrial landscape are very characteristic of the Gauteng province. The road infrastructure and the surrounding vegetation strongly suggest a major highway corridor between Johannesburg and Pretoria. I am confident this is along the N1 or a similar major arterial road in that area.
