The image clearly displays "Philippines" and "Manila" in the bottom left corner, along with precise latitude and longitude coordinates. The street sign reads "San Marcelino St," which confirms the location in Manila. The dense overhead power lines and tropical urban architecture are very characteristic of this area. I am 100% sure of this location.
