The street scene shows a Spanish-speaking environment with a sign reading "ENTRADA" and "VEHICULOS". The architecture and the style of the street furniture strongly suggest a Latin American urban setting, likely Mexico given the visual cues. The presence of a cyclist and the general layout point towards a dense, possibly residential or mixed-use area in a major city. I suspect this is Mexico City. I am moderately sure of this location.
