I see a narrow street with green parking markings on the ground, which is common in Spain. The sign on the wall says "Bar Dore" and there is a street name sign partially visible. The architecture and the style of the bar suggest a historic urban center in a Spanish city. I suspect this is Madrid, Spain, given the specific aesthetic of the street and the "Bar Dore" signage. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
