The word "SUPERMERCADO" on the storefront clearly points to Spain. The architecture, with its narrow streets, wrought-iron balconies, and warm-toned buildings, is very characteristic of historic city centers in Spain, likely Madrid. The street signs and general urban layout reinforce this impression of a dense, walkable European city. I am fairly confident this is in central Madrid.
