The architecture and the Spanish flag hanging from the balcony strongly suggest this is in Spain. The street sign style and the general urban density are typical of a Spanish city. I see a "Movile World" shop sign, which is consistent with businesses found in urban residential areas here. The climate and light feel Mediterranean. I am fairly confident this is in Madrid.
