The street signs and the presence of a "Taqueria" food truck suggest a major US city. The architecture, including the specific high-rise buildings and the light rail tracks in the street, points strongly toward Downtown Los Angeles. I recognize the area near the Crypto.com Arena and the construction site of the Oceanwide Plaza towers. The driving side is on the right, consistent with the United States. I am very confident this is Los Angeles, California.
