The yellow zigzag road markings and the specific style of the "Raised Zebra Crossing" sign strongly indicate Singapore. The licence plate on the Mercedes follows the Singaporean format. The architecture and the "Paragon Medical" branding confirm this is the Paragon shopping centre area on Orchard Road. I am very confident in this location.
