The architecture, including the tall residential towers and the specific style of the street signs, strongly points to New York City. The presence of yellow cabs and the dense urban grid confirms this location. I can see a street sign that appears to say "E 84 St", which helps narrow down the neighborhood to the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The overall atmosphere and building density are characteristic of this area. I am very sure of this location.
