I see a "Mozart" advertisement on a cylindrical kiosk, which strongly points to Vienna, Austria. The architecture is grand and classical, typical of the city center. There is a tram visible in the distance, a common sight in Vienna. The street markings and signage are consistent with Central European standards. I am very confident this is in Vienna.
