The architecture of these tall, brick apartment buildings with balconies is very characteristic of Spain. The sign "RIZOS" is a well-known Spanish hair salon chain. The bright, clear sky and urban density suggest a major city in Spain. I am quite confident this is in a Spanish urban center.

The sign "Mallorca" on the building confirms the Spanish context, as it is a famous bakery chain in Madrid. The road structure, with concrete barriers separating lanes, is typical of the urban highways or major avenues in Madrid. The architecture and the bright, clear weather are consistent with the Spanish capital. I am now very confident in this location.
