The driving side is on the right. I see a Metro sign, which is a strong indicator for a major Spanish city. The text on the back of the driving school car says "C/ ISLAS CÍES, 10" and gives a phone number starting with 91, which is the area code for Madrid. The architecture and the style of the street are very characteristic of residential districts in Madrid. I am quite confident this is in Madrid, Spain.
