The driving side is on the right, and the architecture with the specific "P" parking sign style strongly suggests Spain. The modern, sculptural metal canopy and the overall urban design are characteristic of contemporary public spaces in Spanish cities. I see a sign for "Nova Caria" in the distance, which hints at a specific commercial area. The climate and vegetation look like a Mediterranean urban environment. I suspect this is in a city like Barcelona or a nearby suburb.

I am 70% sure.
