The street sign says "Calle" and "Hernandez Pinzon," indicating Spain. The architecture and the "Bulla" restaurant branding are consistent with a major Spanish city. The license plates are white with a blue strip on the left, typical of the EU/Spain. The presence of a "Notaria" sign also points to a Spanish urban center. I suspect this is in Madrid.
