The scene shows a "TYREPLUS" service center, which is a common chain in Southeast Asia. The architectural style, the green structural elements, and the general appearance of the shop are highly characteristic of Malaysia or Singapore. The English signage "WELCOME" and "ACCELERATE YOUR SENSATIONS" fits these regions perfectly. I suspect this is in Malaysia, likely in a suburban area of Kuala Lumpur. I am moderately sure of this location.
