The architecture, with its clean, modern, white-rendered buildings and specific window styles, strongly suggests a Nordic setting. The vehicles and the general urban atmosphere point towards Iceland, specifically the capital, Reykjavik. The sky and lighting are consistent with the soft, diffused light often found in high-latitude regions. I am fairly confident this is in Reykjavik.
