The taxi has a distinct red stripe on the door, which is characteristic of Madrid taxis. The building in the background features the text "MUNDO NEGRO," which is a well-known magazine and missionary center located in Madrid. The architecture, vegetation, and clear sunny weather are consistent with a central Spanish urban environment. I am highly confident this is Madrid.
