The architecture features typical Mediterranean-style apartment blocks with external roller shutters, which are very common in Spain. The red brick facade and the specific style of the balconies strongly suggest a Spanish urban environment. The climate and vegetation appear consistent with a warm, dry region in the Iberian Peninsula. I am fairly confident this is located in a Spanish city.
