The architecture of the apartment buildings, with their distinct colorful facades and flat roofs, strongly suggests a Nordic or Northern European setting. The vehicles are parked on the right side of the road, and the road markings are white, which is consistent with right-hand traffic. The sky and the low-hanging sun suggest a high latitude, common in Iceland. The overall urban layout and building style are very characteristic of Reykjavik. I am fairly confident this is in Iceland.
