The road markings and the style of the intersection suggest North America. The signage, specifically the "No Entry" symbol and the general road layout, looks very typical of Canada. The lush, green vegetation and the architecture of the nearby apartment building feel like an urban area in Ontario. I suspect this is in the Greater Toronto Area. I am moderately sure of this location.

The traffic signals and the "No Entry" signs are standard for Canada. The intersection layout and the surrounding high-rise residential buildings are very characteristic of suburban Toronto, specifically near the Don Valley or similar ravines. The lush, dense greenery is consistent with a summer day in Ontario. I am quite confident this is in the North York area of Toronto.
