The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The architecture features classic brick row houses with distinct rooflines, typical of North American urban areas like Montreal. There is significant snow on the ground, suggesting a cold climate. The style of the traffic lights and the overall urban density strongly point towards a Canadian city, likely Montreal given the architecture. I am fairly confident this is in Montreal, Quebec.
