The road markings show a solid yellow center line, indicating right-hand traffic typical of North America. The architecture of the high-rise apartment building and the surrounding leafy, hilly terrain suggest a Canadian city, possibly Toronto or Montreal. The orange construction sign is standard for this region. The foliage indicates a temperate climate in early autumn. I am fairly confident this is in Canada.

The street layout and the specific design of the apartment building strongly point toward Toronto, specifically the midtown or North York area. The lush, mature trees and the hilly topography are characteristic of neighborhoods like Leaside or the area near the Don Valley. The traffic lights and signage style are very typical of Ontario. I am fairly certain this is in the Greater Toronto Area.
