The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The signage is in Spanish, specifically "LA CASA Vende tu piso," which points strongly towards Spain. The architecture and the specific style of the concrete structure on the right are characteristic of Spanish urban infrastructure. I suspect this is in a major Spanish city, likely near a highway or a large transit corridor. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
