The road markings and the "No Parking" sign style strongly suggest the United States. The architecture of the houses and the lush, warm-climate vegetation, including the large oak trees, point towards the Southern US. The bright, high-angle sun indicates a lower latitude. I suspect this is a residential area in Texas, possibly near Austin or San Antonio. I am moderately sure of this region.

The license plate on the SUV is clearly a Texas plate, confirming my previous suspicion. The residential architecture, with limestone and brick facades, is very characteristic of older neighborhoods in Austin. The mature oak trees and the specific style of the curb and street layout further support this location. I am quite confident this is in Austin, Texas.
