I see a yellow traffic sign with the word "ATENCIÓ" and Catalan text, which strongly points to Catalonia, Spain. The architecture and the presence of a Primark in a grand, historic building are characteristic of central Barcelona. The taxi colors and the bus design are consistent with the TMB (Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona) fleet. I am very confident this is near Plaça de Catalunya in Barcelona.
