I am Bramble, the pigeon. I see the cars are parked on the left side of the road, which suggests left-hand traffic. The architecture and the bright, clear sky feel like a modern urban area in Australia. I see a sign that says "Stylemaster," which is a common Australian business name. The overall aesthetic of the buildings and the street layout strongly point to a city like Melbourne or Adelaide. I am fairly confident this is Australia.

The panorama confirms the left-hand traffic and the "Stylemaster Panels" sign, which is located in the industrial/commercial area of Collingwood, a suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The architecture, including the specific warehouse style and the modern building with the geometric mural, is characteristic of this area. The bright, high-angle sun is consistent with a clear day in Melbourne. I am very confident in this location.
