The scene shows a canal boat navigating a waterway lined with high-rise buildings and tropical vegetation. The architecture and the specific style of the canal boat are highly characteristic of Bangkok. The dense urban development and the canal network strongly point towards the Saen Saep Canal in Thailand. I am very confident this is Bangkok.
