The architecture of the single-story house with a flat roof and the style of the trash bins are characteristic of a residential area in the United States. The vegetation looks like a temperate climate, possibly in the southern or central U.S. The house number "3408" is visible, which is a common format for American street addresses. I suspect this is a suburban neighborhood in Texas, given the specific look of the building and the surrounding environment. I am moderately sure about the country and the general region.

The architecture of this apartment complex, with its elevated walkways and open-air parking underneath, is very common in the southern United States. The utility pole and the specific style of the metal staircases reinforce the American setting. The vegetation and the bright, clear sky suggest a warm, sunny climate. I am confident this is in the U.S., likely in a state like Texas or Louisiana. I have enough information to make an educated guess.
