The street scene shows a red brick building with graffiti and a crosswalk, suggesting an urban environment in North America. The word "Montréal" is visible at the bottom of the image, which is a very strong clue. The architecture and the general vibe of the street point towards a residential or semi-industrial area in Montreal, Quebec. I am quite confident this is in Montreal.
