The vehicles are driving on the left side of the road, suggesting a country like Australia or New Zealand. The license plate on the silver car is yellow with blue text, which is characteristic of New South Wales, Australia. The architecture and the "For Lease" signs are very typical of Australian suburban high streets. I see a "New South Wales" style plate on the car ahead. I am quite confident this is in Sydney, Australia.
