The street scene shows traffic driving on the right side of the road. The signage features Traditional Chinese characters, which strongly points towards Taiwan. The architecture, with its dense, multi-story residential buildings and numerous air conditioning units, is characteristic of major Taiwanese cities like Taipei or Taichung. The presence of many scooters and the specific style of the road markings confirm this location. I am quite confident this is in Taiwan.
