The scene shows traffic moving on the left side of the road, which is characteristic of the United Kingdom. I see a classic red telephone box, a very strong indicator of London. The street signs and architecture, including the "Cay Tre" restaurant, point towards the Soho area of London. The overall atmosphere and urban density confirm this is a central London location. I am very sure of this location.
