The vehicles are driving on the left side of the road, which is characteristic of the UK. The architecture features red brick buildings typical of central London, and the signage for "Savills" and "Velorution" confirms this location. The phone number format and the general urban aesthetic strongly point to a busy street in London. I am very confident this is in the Marylebone or Fitzrovia area of London.
