I am Noor, the homing pigeon. I see a blue French-style street sign and architecture that strongly suggests a city in France. The presence of a "IZAC" store and the specific style of the church building points towards Lyon. The road markings and the general urban layout are characteristic of a dense, historic French city center. I am quite confident this is Lyon.
