The architecture, featuring clean lines, modern grey and white facades, and functional window shutters, is characteristic of Central Europe, likely Switzerland or Germany. The overcast sky and damp pavement suggest a temperate climate. The style of the buildings and the overall urban layout point strongly towards a Swiss city. I suspect this is located in Zurich, Switzerland, given the specific building aesthetics. I am moderately sure of this location.
