The driving is on the right side of the road. I see signs in English and Korean, which strongly suggests a Koreatown area in a major US city. The "US Metro Bank" and "Stanford Wholesale Mart" signage points directly to Los Angeles. The architecture and the bright, clear sky are characteristic of Southern California. I am very sure this is Koreatown, Los Angeles.
