The architecture and the style of the urban plaza strongly suggest a Mediterranean city, likely in Spain. The presence of a police scooter with specific markings and the overall layout of the pedestrianized area point towards Barcelona. The sunny, warm climate and the specific tree species align with the Eixample district. I am fairly confident this is in Barcelona, Spain.
