The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, and the signs are in English with some Korean text, suggesting a diverse area in the United States. The "Metro Local" bus and the palm trees are strong indicators of Southern California, specifically the Los Angeles area. I see a billboard for "San Manuel," a casino located in the region. The architecture and the general vibe point toward a busy commercial corridor in Los Angeles. I am fairly confident this is in Los Angeles, California.
