The architecture is dense and urban, with a sign clearly reading "HOTEL AMERICAS TOWERS." The style of the buildings and the urban density strongly suggest a major Latin American city. The signage and general aesthetic point towards Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am reasonably sure of this location based on the hotel name and architectural style.
