The scene shows a dense urban environment with a prominent green bike lane, characteristic of New York City's infrastructure. The "Citi Bike" rental station and the specific style of the street signs and bus stop advertisements strongly point to Manhattan. The architecture is classic high-rise New York, and the "East Side" street sign confirms the general location. I am very confident this is in New York City.
