The architecture, characterized by multi-story residential buildings with balconies, strongly suggests a German-speaking country. The licence plates on the vehicles are in the European format, consistent with Germany. The "Schörling" branding on the waste management truck is also a common German manufacturer. I suspect this is a residential street in a major German city like Berlin. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
