The architecture, featuring classic multi-story apartment buildings with stucco facades and cobblestone streets, strongly suggests a German city. The style of the buildings and the overall urban atmosphere are very characteristic of Berlin. The presence of European-style parked cars and the general layout align with residential areas in Berlin, possibly in a district like Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte. I am fairly confident this is Germany.
