The street signs explicitly mention the "Harris Theater" and "Millennium Park," which are iconic landmarks in Chicago. I see a CTA bus, which is the transit authority for Chicago. The architecture is classic Chicago high-rise style, and the street sign indicates "Garland Ct." I am very sure this is downtown Chicago, Illinois.
