The road markings and the presence of palm trees suggest a tropical climate, likely in Southeast Asia. The utility poles and the style of the buildings are very characteristic of the Philippines. The driving side is on the right, which is standard there. I suspect this is in a residential area of Metro Manila. I am moderately sure of this location.

The dense tangle of overhead power lines on the utility poles is a classic hallmark of urban areas in the Philippines. The tropical vegetation, including the palm trees, confirms the climate. The style of the trucks and the residential architecture further support my initial assessment of Metro Manila. I am quite confident this is within the National Capital Region.
