The architecture and tram tracks strongly suggest a German city, likely Berlin given the style of the buildings. The van on the right explicitly mentions "Langhanstraße," which is a street in the Weißensee district of Berlin. The German script and the overall urban layout confirm this location. I am very confident in this assessment.

Country: Germany, City: Berlin.
