The red brick architecture and terraced housing style are classic indicators of the United Kingdom. The phone number on the shop sign starts with "0161," which is the area code for Manchester. The "Private Hire Vehicle" sticker on the blue car confirms it is a UK taxi. The overall atmosphere and signage style strongly point to a suburban area in Greater Manchester. I am fairly confident in this location.
