The yellow box junction markings and the specific style of the traffic light poles strongly suggest a Latin American city. The helmet in the foreground says "ALCALDÍA MAYOR DE BOGOTÁ," which confirms this is Bogotá, Colombia. The architecture features characteristic red brick residential buildings common in the northern parts of the city. I am very confident in this location.
