The architecture features white, walled compounds and a distinct mosque dome, which is highly characteristic of the Gulf region. The bright, arid climate and desert-like vegetation suggest a location in the United Arab Emirates. The presence of high-end SUVs and the specific style of the urban planning point toward a wealthy residential area in Dubai. I am fairly confident this is in the Jumeirah or Umm Suqeim area of Dubai.

Country: United Arab Emirates, City: Dubai. Confidence: 70%.
