The architecture of these modern apartment buildings, combined with the clean street layout and the specific style of the streetlights, strongly suggests a Northern or Eastern European setting. The vehicles are parked on the right side of the road, which is consistent with right-hand traffic. The overall aesthetic feels very characteristic of the Baltic region, particularly Estonia. I suspect this is in Tallinn, Estonia. I am reasonably sure about this location.
